In the field of industrial wastewater treatment technologies, biochemical treatment is a relatively simple and economical method. This method is enjoying high favour for its remarkable advantages of low energy consumption, high efficiency, low cost, convenient and reliable processing operation, and no secondary pollution. However, with the continuous progress and development of industry, the composition of wastewater is becoming more and more complicated, and it is hard to accomplish complete and effective treatment by using conventional biochemical treatment method. If no conforming treatment can be performed, a large quantity of wastewater has to be stored, so the emergency and centralized treatment of wastewater has attracted great attentions.
For emergency and centralized treatment (biochemical treatment method) of industrial wastewater, a biochemical pool is usually needed. The existing practice is to adopt reinforced concrete structure or steel structure. However, when an emergency and centralized wastewater treatment project is finished, its biochemical pool will fall into disuse basically and cannot be reused, resulting in a colossal waste.
In view of the drawbacks of the aforesaid existing technology, our company has developed a prefabricated assembly biochemical reactor system for wastewater treatment, which is mainly aimed at providing a prefabricated assembly biochemical reactor that can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly and be relocated to another site for reuse.
A single prefabricated assembly reactor (storage tank) can store 50m3- 6000m3 liquid or powder materials, and can also be combined into a mobile tank group with comprehensive performance according to the actual needs. The tank body and all components of the storage tank are composed of several standard modules, which are prefabricated at factory and assembled on site; special packings are filled between any two standard modules for sealing and high-strength bolts are used for fastening. It can be assembled and disassembled repeatedly and be relocated to another site for reuse. The module size after disassembly conforms to both domestic and international standards for container transportation. Its compact structure and quick assembly/disassembly leads to an economical and convenient transportation.
Pipeline heater or tank’s built-in heater is optional for reactors needing to be heated.
